2. Ability to purchase. To be able to purchase an item from our website you must:

3. Making a purchase. The items offered on this website are for sale, at the price stated here. A purchase agreement between you and MITROPOULOS DION. it becomes effective only after you have sent your order and it has been accepted by us. 4. Pricing. The prices on the website are in euros and include VAT. (Value added tax). If your card is not in euros but in another currency, then you will be charged accordingly at the exchange rate that was in effect on the day your card issuer completed the transaction. Please note that the prices on the website do not include shipping costs, an amount which will be added to the final total when completing your order. 5. Payment. We take great care to ensure that the payment methods on this website are secure. Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Visa Debit, as well as any other method valid on our website. Your card company may perform a security check to confirm the identity of the person making the transaction. In the event that the card issuer refuses or does not approve the transaction, we are not responsible for any delay or even non-delivery of the products. We accept the COD method only for shipments to Greece, with a total shipping cost of four (4) euros. There is no charge for purchases of 60 euros or more.

6. Delivery and Insurance. We aim to deliver the products to the place and to the person you have chosen, in excellent condition and in the shortest possible time. Products are shipped by Courier Center, Elta Courier for international orders and ACS Courier 4A WORLDWIDE (Express) for Greece. Estimated delivery times are a guide and start from the day the order is placed. We bear no responsibility for delays by relevant customs authorities. We insure every order when it is shipped, until the products are delivered to the address you have given us. Upon delivery of the order, your signature is required, as responsibility for the products is transferred to you. If you have authorized another person to collect your order, then their signature is proof of the completion of the transaction, as well as the transfer of responsibility as stated above. Please check that the package is not damaged before signing.

7. Taxes and Duties. Delivery within the borders of the EU. not subject to duties or additional taxes. However, if you are a customer from a non-EU country, you may be asked to pay additional taxes at customs control. Cross-border deliveries are subject to possible control by the relevant customs authorities. We are not responsible for possible additional charges or possible checks.

8. Shipping Information. International shipping is handled by 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS. Once a product is selected and added to the shopping cart, the first step in the checkout process involves applying 'get a shipping quote' – at this point a quote is obtained based on the destination where the product will be shipped. Estimated delivery time is one (1) to five (5) business days from the time your order is placed. Estimated delivery times are indicative. Shipping to Greece is carried out by ELTA Courier and for purchases of 60 euros and above there is no charge. For under 60 euros there is a shipping fee of four (4) euros. The delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period in which your products are prepared and dispatched from our warehouse. Before we ship your products we will need to confirm the details with the card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Please check that the shipping address you have provided is correct, as we cannot reroute orders once they are already for delivery. We work closely with carriers to keep potential customs delays on our international customers' orders to a minimum.

9. Tracking an order. You can track the progress of your order via ELTA Courier for deliveries within Greece. The email you will receive with the confirmation of your order provides you with the relevant number to track your order through the courier you selected. In case you do not receive the tracking code of your order (tracking code), please contact us by phone for to provide it to you.

10. Cancellation of an order. You have the right to cancel your order by giving us written notice (at any time after your order is placed) within 14 working days of the day you receive your order. We will only accept cancellations where all items are returned unused, along with their tags. We will not accept any item that is damaged or soiled.

11. Returns and Exchanges. You have the possibility to return the products you bought within 14 days from the date of delivery. In such a case you will receive a compensation equal to the value of the product you are returning. If the product has any damage or problem, the return cost will be paid by the company. You can exchange the purchased product for the same product in a different size or color, subject to availability. If you decide to return a purchased product, you must create a new order for each subsequent purchase. All products must be returned to us unused, along with their tags. We will not accept any product that is damaged or soiled. In this case we may send it back to you and/or you may not be entitled to a refund. More specifically:
