Return / Exchange / Replacement

All products purchased from the mitropoulos-shoes.gr website can be returned for a replacement/change with a larger or smaller size or a change/replacement in the product selection, as long as stocks are available. The store also reserves the right to follow a refund policy.

Greece

If the customer decides that he wants to change a product, he informs us immediately by email at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr or by phone at +302105027895, notifying us if he wishes to change the size and/or color, or if he will replace the product with some news from our website. The information that he must state, in addition to his name, is the order number and the code of the product he wants to change.

Changes will be accepted provided the customer informs the store within 14 days of receipt of the product

The first change is free for shipments within Greece. In the second or third change, the transport costs are borne exclusively by the customer (€4 return + €4 new shipment = €8, if you choose one of the companies cooperating with us, COURIER CENTER or ELTA COURIER).

In any case of return - exchange or in order to proceed with the free return of the product, the product must be in the perfect condition that was received without damage and be complete, in its original packaging. All products must be tested in a manner and under conditions such as to avoid damage.

The company mitropoulos-shoes.gr bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage during the transport of the parcel

Cyprus

Each Change is charged with shipping costs that will amount to €16.00 (hand-to-hand replacement by air) and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place with the transport company we will indicate to you (4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS).

Money return

 

The refund policy is followed in the following cases:

- The product must be in its original packaging that it had when received by the customer.

-The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered damage or other defects.

- The customer should contact the store by phone at 2105027895 or by e-mail at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr within 14 days from the day the products are shipped.

- The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).

- The refund will be made within 15 days from the day of receipt of the product by us with a deposit to the bank account indicated by the customer.

Refund charge

 

Full return of products. If all products are returned, the customer will be charged for shipping and return shipping. That is, €4 + €4 = €8. (In the event that the customer has been charged the shipping costs, then only the return costs are charged, i.e. 4€)

Partial return of products. If some products are returned from the original order, the customer is only charged for their return costs. That is, €4.

The return of products from CYPRUS is charged to the customer €16, as is the exchange.

Refunds are only possible for purchases made online (www.mitropoulos-shoes.gr) and do not apply to purchases from our physical stores.

Wrong shipment

If the customer received a product different from the one of his choice, he should inform by phone or e-mail. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
