Return Policy

Return / Exchange / Replacement

The refund policy is followed in the following cases:

  • The product must be in its original packaging when received by the customer.
  • The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered wear or other defects.
  • The customer should contact the store by phone at 2105027895 or by e-mail at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr within 14 days from the day of delivery of the products.
  • The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
  • The refund will be made within 15 days from the day of receipt of the product by us by deposit to the bank account indicated by the customer.
  • The company Mitropoulos Shoes bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage during the transport of the parcel.

 

Greece (Cost of Change & Refund)

  • The first change is free for shipments within Greece.
  • In the second or third change, the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer 3€ return + 3€ new shipment = 6€, if you choose one of the companies collaborating with us, COURIER CENTER or ELTA COURIER. If you have chosen BOX NOW Locker, the changes will be made with ELTA COURIER.
  • Full product return. If all products are returned, the customer is charged the shipping and return costs 3€ + 3€ = 6€. (In the case where the customer has been charged the shipping costs, then only the return costs are charged, i.e. 3€)
  • Partial product return. If some products from the original order are returned, the customer is only charged their return costs. That is, 3€.
  • Refunds are only possible for purchases made online (www.mitropoulos-shoes.gr) and do not apply to purchases from our physical stores.

 

Cyprus (Cost of Change & Refund)

  • The Exchange with 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS is done by air, hand-to-hand replacement. It is charged with shipping and return costs of the product, which will amount to €16.00 and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place.
  • The Exchange with BOX NOW will be done by 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS, hand-to-hand replacement by air. It is charged with shipping and return costs of the product, which will amount to €16.00 and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place.
  • When withdrawing products for a refund, the customer will be charged the amount of €16 and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place.

Change (Process)

  • Exchanges with Courier are made hand to hand.
  • Call us within 14 days at 2105027895 or electronically by email at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr to inform us which product you want for replacement.
  • Put the receipt in the box and pack the package.
  • In the case of shipment with ELTA or CENTER, we send your package with the courier and you give him back the replacement.
  • In the case of shipment with BOX NOW, exchanges will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS for Cyprus in the same way, hand to hand replacement.

 

Refund (Process)

  • You call us within 14 days at +302105027895 or electronically by email at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr to inform us of the withdrawal of the product.
  • Put the receipt in the box, pack the package.
  • Send us your iban, the name of the holder and the bank by email.
  • Send us back the package with the company that sent it to you at our expense. In the case of BOX NOW, returns will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS for Cyprus.

Wrong shipment

  • If the customer received a product different from the one of his choice, he should inform by phone or e-mail. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
