Return / Exchange / Replacement

The refund policy is followed in the following cases:

  • The product must be in its original packaging when received by the customer.
  • The product must be in its original condition (as it was at the time of delivery to the customer) and must not have suffered wear or other defects.
  • The customer should contact the store by phone at 2105027895 or by e-mail at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr within 14 days from the day of delivery of the products.
  • The product must be accompanied by the corresponding documents that the customer received upon receipt (receipt, invoice).
  • The refund will be made within 15 days from the day of receipt of the product by us by deposit to the bank account indicated by the customer.
  • The company Mitropoulos Shoes bears no responsibility in case of loss or damage during the transport of the parcel.

 

Greece (Cost of Change & Refund)

  • The first change is free for shipments within Greece.
  • In the second or third change, the transport costs are charged exclusively to the customer 3€ return + 3€ new shipment = 6€, if you choose one of the companies cooperating with us, COURIER CENTER or ELTA COURIER. If you have chosen a BOX NOW Locker, the shipping costs are €2 return + €2 new shipment = €4
  • Full return of products. If all products are returned back, the customer is charged shipping and return costs with Courier shipping 3€ + 3€ = 6€ and respectively 2€ + 2€ = 4€ with BOX NOW. (In the event that the customer has been charged the shipping costs, then only the return costs are charged, i.e. 3€)
  • Partial return of products. If some products are returned from the original order, the customer is only charged for their return costs. That is, €3 with Courier or €2 with BOX NOW.
  • Refunds are only possible for purchases made online (www.mitropoulos-shoes.gr) and do not apply to purchases from our physical stores.

 

Cyprus (Cost of Change & Refund)

  • Exchange with 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS is a hand-to-hand air exchange. It is charged with shipping and return costs of the product which will amount to €16.00 and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your location.
  • Exchange with BOX NOW is done by airmail. It is charged with shipping and return costs of the product which will amount to €16.00 and will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place.
  • In the withdrawal of products for a refund, the customer will be charged the amount of €16 and it will be valid for a period of 14 days from the moment you received it at your place with the transport company that we will indicate to you (4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS or BOX NOW).

Change (Process)

  • Changes with Courier are done by hand to hand while with BOX NOW Locker by shipment.
  • Call us within 14 days at 2105027895 or email us at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr to let us know which product you want for replacement.
  • Put the receipt in the box and pack the parcel.
  • In the case that the shipment is made with BOX NOW, put the package in a Locker and put the Voucher number with which it came to you as Pin. As soon as we receive it, we send you the package you want. If there is a difference in the amount you will have to make a deposit to us as you do not support cash on delivery at BOX NOW.
  • In the case that the shipment is made with ELTA or CENTER, we send you your package with the courier and you give him back the replacement.

 

Refund (Process)

  • You call us within 14 days at +302105027895 or electronically by email at info@mitropoulos-shoes.gr to inform us about the withdrawal of the product.
  • Put the receipt in the box, pack the parcel.
  • Email us your iban, holder name and bank.
  • You send the package back to us with the company that sent it to you at our expense. In the case of BOX NOW, you put the package in a Locker and put the Voucher number it came with as Pin.

 

Wrong shipment

  • If the customer received a product different from the one of his choice, he should inform by phone or e-mail. You will be given instructions for returning and replacing it at no charge to the customer.
