The first change is free for shipments within Greece.
In the case of a second or third change and a return of the product for a refund, the shipping and return costs are charged to the customer (€3 + €3 = €6) with Courier. If you have chosen a BOX NOW Locker, the shipping costs are €2 return + €2 new shipment = €4

Change (Process)

Changes with Courier are done by hand to hand while with BOX NOW Locker by shipment.

Put the receipt in the box and pack the package.
In the case that the shipment is made with BOX NOW, put the package in a Locker and put the Voucher number with which it came to you as Pin. As soon as we receive it, we send you the package you want.
In the case that the shipment is made with ELTA or CENTER, we send you your package by courier and you give him back the replacement.
