Greece (Cost of Change & Refund)

• The first change is free for shipments within Greece.
• In the case of a second or third change and a return of the product for a refund, the shipping and return costs are charged to the customer (€3 + €3 = €6).

Cyprus (Cost of Change & Refund)

• Each change or refund is charged with the amount of 16€.

Change (Process)

• Exchanges are made hand in hand with the Courier.
• Call us at +302105027895 to inform us which product you want to replace.
• Put the receipt in the box and pack the package.
• If the shipment is made with ELTA, CENTER or 4A EXPRESS, we send your package to you with the Courier and you give it back the replacement.
• If the shipment has been made with BOX NOW, the exchanges will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with 4A EXPRESS for Cyprus.

Refund (Process)

• Call us at +30 2105027895 to inform us of the withdrawal of the product.
• Put the receipt in the box, pack the package.
• Send us your IBAN, the name of the owner and the bank by email.
• Send us back the package with the company that sent it to you at our expense.
• In the case of shipment made with BOX NOW, returns will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with 4A EXPRESS for Cyprus.
