• Delivery 1 to 3 working days depending on the region.
• Associated couriers ELTA Courier, BOX NOW.
• Shipping costs are free for every purchase over €60. In the case of a purchase of less than €60, the shipping costs are €3 (excluding the option with BOX NOW shipping which is free).
• The costs of cash on delivery amount to €2.

Cyprus

• Delivery by air in 1 to 3 working days.
• Courier partners 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS Courier & BOX NOW.
• Shipping costs €12 with 4A EXPRESS (up to 2 products from 3 products and above you are charged another €4 for each product).
• Shipping costs €8 with BOX NOW (up to 2 products from 3 products and above you are charged another €4 for each product)
• Cash on delivery not available.

Greece (Cost of Change & Refund)

• The first change is free for shipments within Greece.
• In the case of a second or third change and a return of the product for a refund, the shipping and return costs are charged to the customer (€3 + €3 = €6).

Cyprus (Cost of Change & Refund)

• 4A WORLDWIDE EXPRESS: Each change or refund is charged with the amount of 16€.
• BOX NOW: Each change or refund is charged with the amount of 12€.

Change (Process)

• Exchanges are made hand in hand with the Courier.
• Call us at +302105027895 to inform us which product you want to replace.
• Put the receipt in the box and pack the package.
• If the shipment is made with ELTA or 4A EXPRESS, we send your package to you with the Courier and you give it back the replacement.
• If the shipment has been made with BOX NOW, the changes will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with BOX NOW for Cyprus (you put the package in a Locker and enter the Voucher number with which it came to you as a Pin. As soon as we receive it, we send you the package you want)

Refund (Process)

• Call us at +30 2105027895 to inform us of the withdrawal of the product.
• Put the receipt in the box, pack the package.
• Send us your IBAN, the name of the owner and the bank by email.
• Send us back the package with the company that sent it to you at our expense.
• In the event that the shipment has been made with BOX NOW, returns will be made with ELTA COURIER for Greece and with BOX NOW for Cyprus (you place the package in a Locker and enter the Voucher number with which it came to you as a Pin)
